Our mission is to provide a platform, complete with all necessary tools, equipment, facilities, knowledge and expertise, to train and produce chefs-to-be, who can compete and fit into the work force with adequate skill, knowledge as well as internationally certified .

About Cilantro

To individual who has great interest in culinary, Cilantro courses are designed to offer classes which are suitable for all individuals, regardless of age, religion and ethnic race.

Our extensive list of programs range from basic to advanced culinary art courses and classes, delivered at the best affordable prices. These programs include Professional Chef Certifications, Basic Culinary course, cooking classes like Asian and Japanese Cuisine, Western and Pasta, Pastry and Bakery classes.

Our Professional Chef Certification is a course designed for school leavers or individual who has great interest in culinary and want to be a chef in the future. Upon completing and competence in the course, students will be able to obtain Vocational Certificate and Diplomas from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), formerly known as MLVK, and City and Guilds of London, UK.

Our Chefs and Consultants can also customize our classes according to the needs of our customers, to provide highest degree of satisfaction as well as quality. Our chefs will emphasize on “fun to learn” methodology to provoke interest in learning and the desire to acquire new culinary knowledge.

Besides, Cilantro does make a difference compared with other cooking class providers, in which we focus on hands-on training, where every participant and student are given opportunity to participate in the process of cooking during the class. This way, we believe that our students will gain more knowledge upon completion of our courses. At times, we will also conduct cooking class which is more conventional like demonstration of cooking..
